Now you may be thinking $5.80? Why would I join that website for $5.80? Well, it was a profit, because as a standard member I did join for free, but that is not the point. The point is that it was supposed to be more because I also had referral clicks. However when it came time for the referral clicks to be credited to my account they weren't. Simple enough to fix though right? WRONG! Over the course of the next month and a half I proceeded to have the most frustrating and offensive e-mail conversation with the Neobux support team. They swore up and down that I was credited the clicks, and closed my support ticket on me 3 times. They constantly quoted their terms of service and "did the math" for me and spoke to me like I'm an idiot, instead of looking into the possibility that I actually didn't have the amount they said I did in my account. Nevermind the fact they even told me the total I should have had and I told them my total was less than what they said it. The whole thing was absolutely ridiculous! Finally I just said forget it, I'll cash out then delete the account because Neobux clearly doesn't care if I get helped, and they said you're right, we don't care! WTF?!?! How rude! Moral of the story is, don't join Neobux unless you absolutely have no plans to ever deal with their forums or support team, because they have so many users that they could care less if one person doesn't get paid. They're making their money regardless so they don't give a rats ass about the individual users.
